My self: I am Katie Sorensen. I'm a 20 year old girl, just chasing my dreams of becoming a chef. I currently live in Colorado, where I hike, climb, camp, and travel whenever I have time. I am a free spirit, always on the move, searching for whatever the world has to show me.

My blog: The food that makes me the happiest. I am a pescatarian, meaning the only food I eat is fish. Most of what I blog is vegetarian, but I like to post modifications for people who do consume meat. I would love to hear your feedback on anything and everything. I am so thankful for each and every one of you that cares enough to hear my crazy, ever changing thoughts and recipes.

My goals: write a blog, travel the world, meet incredible people along the way, settle down, write a cook book, start a bakery/cafe which sells local products and produce....and the list goes on, and on, and on.

My thoughts: Seek beauty in everything, pour happiness into all that you do, be kind to everyone you meet, and free yourself. Surround yourself with the people who lift you up, the food that nourishes your soul, and the music that makes you smile. Find your passion, chase your dreams, and anything you want, you will achieve.
