Watermelon, Mint, and Strawberry Salad

This is perfection.

This is a snack to take on the go that is ready in less than 5 minutes. This keeps well for a few days in the fridge so use it as a main meal prep snack! It is also so light, sweet, and refreshing, you could use it as dessert.

1/2 cup watermelon
1/2 cup strawberries, hulled and cut in half
4-5 mint leaves torn
