Hey guys, guess what? ITS FALL! The second best season of the year. You know what this means? Winter squash season and an abundance of pumpkin flavored food and beverages. I can barely contain my excitement about this because I'm slightly obsessed with cooking and baking with pumpkins and other squashes.

GLUTEN FREE Zucchini and Hemp Bread
This. Is. Incredible.
Somewhere between the crispy, sweet crust, and the tender crumbles inside, lies perfections. I love this stuff and I can't get enough. This bread is sweet, savory, crispy, chewy, crunchy, all at once. It's heaven.
Lightened Carrot Cake with Tofu Frosting
Alright, so the tofu frosting may scare you off a little bit, I get it. BUT this is absolutely delicious and surprisingly healthy! You should all give it a try next time you're in the mood for some decadent carrot cake.
